This project involves a 82 m² flat situated on the upper floor of an old building, which benefited from excellent natural light and an originally spacious layout. The proposal opts for a renovation that retains the original floor plan and focuses on improving the spatial and material quality. In this regard, the vaulted ceiling has been restored, a characteristic feature that lends identity and reinforces the character of the whole. The design language adopted is understated and respectful, allowing the light and the original structural elements to take centre stage and define the atmosphere of the home.
