This small-scale renovation in a rural area of Girona starts with a minimalist structure comprising a kitchen and bathroom. The challenge was to create a functional home with a living area and a separate bedroom without altering the existing layout. The project prioritises technical improvements to the property, particularly in terms of insulation and thermal comfort. Through precise planning and a careful selection of materials, a warm and welcoming atmosphere is created that enhances the perception of space despite its compact size.
