What we do

Comprehensive solutions in architecture, interior design, consultancy and construction management. We enjoy supporting projects from start to finish.

Property purchase consultancy

“Technical and legal analysis, guided tours, detailed reports and verification of documentation to support investment decisions with accurate information and professional guidance”

How we work

We support you throughout the entire recruitment and selection process, providing you with clear information, detailed analysis and expert guidance so that you can make decisions with confidence and peace of mind.

You’ve already found a property you like and would like to arrange a second viewing with a professional who has a technical understanding.

One-off visit: on-site visit, assessment of the property’s condition, outline of potential refurbishments and their financial implications, verification of legal documentation (land registry, certificate of habitability, ITE, prior consultation), verbal report.

Are you just starting your search, or do you live abroad? If you’re planning to buy a property but aren’t familiar with the property market in Barcelona and the surrounding area, this is the option for you.

10-visit package: The client provides a list of properties to visit, which we review together against the agreed criteria; we organise and carry out the viewings, draw up plans for potential refurbishments and assess the financial implications, verify legal documentation (land registry, certificate of occupancy, ITE, prior consultation with the local council), and provide reports accompanied by videos
